Analyst

Georgina believes alternative proteins are key to addressing some of the world’s most urgent challenges, from climate change and biodiversity loss to global food security. She’s driven by a commitment to remove animals from the food supply chain and build a more sustainable, equitable system, for all.

Before joining the Synthesis team, Georgina held operational and managerial roles at early-stage start-ups across technology-focused industries. Motivated by a desire to align her career with her values, she initially joined Synthesis as an intern. Now an Analyst, she works across platform and investment functions, supporting the team in the generation of strategic content, managing pipeline and CRM systems, and contributing to stakeholder communications and events.

Georgina holds a BSc in Social Sciences from University College London, an interdisciplinary degree combining politics, psychology and sociology with research methods.
